Accounts and group responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use the service only with permission to access the relevant group. Group administrators are responsible for the accuracy of their records and for having authority to enter information about other people. ChinGroups records financial activity but does not process payments, hold money or provide accounting or legal advice.
Content ownership and permission
You retain ownership of your content. You must own it or have permission to upload and share it. By submitting content, you authorize ChinGroups to store, display and process it to provide the service to the intended group audience, subject to your settings and our privacy policy. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission or disclose personal information without appropriate authority.
Prohibited content and conduct
ChinGroups has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, unlawful material, impersonation, spam and attempts to access another person’s records without permission are prohibited. Do not publish private information about other people without authorization. Member posts, photos and comments require administrator approval before publication. Administrators and ChinGroups may remove content or restrict access that violates these rules.
Reporting and enforcement
Use Report or block on posts and comments to report concerns or block an author. Blocking removes the author’s content from your feed and sends a report to our moderation team. Contact support@chingroups.com if you cannot use the in-app reporting tools. Our moderation team must act on objectionable-content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and suspending the abusive user. Administrators must review pending content before approving it. These rules apply to owners and administrators as well as members.
Privacy and ending use
See our privacy policy for how information is handled and how to delete your account. Transfer group ownership before deleting an owner account if the group must remain active. De-identified accounting amounts may remain to preserve accurate group totals. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes.
